Gyeon Quartz Q² Trim Coating is a highly advanced quartz coating specifically made to revive and protect exterior trim and plastics on your car. Exterior plastics can fade quickly in Australia with the high levels of harmful UV radiation and be discolored (even bleached) by powerful chemicals used by some car washes and acid rain. Because Trim is a highly advanced coating it can last for up to 36 months or 50,000kms compare that with your average trim dressing of just a week or two!

It is quite common to observe fading or discoloring of automotive finishing materials under the influence of UV radiation as well as strong chemicals used in car washes. Q² Trim preserves the long-lasting, supreme effect of color saturation, which translates into ensuring a mat or satin finish of materials. Even after 12 months, the effect of color saturation does not diminish, which often means exceeding the durability of traditional products.

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

Before applying Gyeon Q2 Trim, it's important to make sure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of any contaminants. Use Gyeon Q2M Prep or other suitable surface preparation products to ensure that the surface is ready for application.

Step 2: Apply the Coating

Once the surface is clean and dry, apply a small amount of Gyeon Q2 Trim to an applicator pad and spread it evenly over the surface. Work in small sections, making sure to overlap each pass to ensure full coverage. Avoid applying too much pressure, as this can cause streaking.

Always coat in cool conditions, not in direct sunlight.

Step 3: Allow to Cure

After applying the coating, allow it to cure for at least 24 hours in a cool, dry place. Do not expose the surface to water or other contaminants during this time, as this can compromise the coating's durability and protection.

Step 4: Maintain the Coating

To maintain the coating, use Gyeon Q2M Cure or other suitable maintenance products. These products will help to extend the life of the coating and keep the surface looking its best.
