Step 1: Locate the Air Intake

Locate the air intake of your car's air conditioning system. This is typically located near the base of the windshield on the outside of the car, but can vary depending on the make and model of your car.

Step 2: Turn on the Car's Engine and Air Conditioning System

Start your car's engine and turn on the air conditioning system to the highest fan speed and coldest temperature setting. Make sure that all the windows and doors are closed.

Step 3: Shake the Can and Insert the Tube

Shake the can of Autoglym Air-Con Cleaner well before use. Insert the included tube into the air intake and press the nozzle to start the application. Allow the can to empty completely.

Step 4: Turn off the Engine and Wait

Turn off the engine and allow the Autoglym Air-Con Cleaner to circulate through the system for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the cleaner to break down any odours and bacteria that may be present.

Step 5: Turn on the Engine and Air Conditioning System Again

Start the engine and turn on the air conditioning system again, this time on the highest fan speed and the warmest temperature setting. Allow the system to run for 5-10 minutes to help dry out any excess moisture that may be present.
