Step 1: Surface Preparation

Before applying EXOv5, ensure that the vehicle's paintwork is properly cleaned, polished, and free from contaminants. The surface should be smooth and ready for coating.

Step 2: Wear Proper Protection

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and eye protection, to ensure your safety during the application process.

Step 3: Shake the Bottle

Shake the GTECHNIQ EXOv5 bottle well to ensure that the product is properly mixed.

Step 4: Application

Follow these steps to apply GTECHNIQ EXOv5 to your vehicle:

1. Working on a cool surface and in a controlled environment, apply a few drops of EXOv5 onto a clean and lint-free applicator pad.


2. Gently spread the product over a small section of the paintwork using straight motions.


3. Work panel by panel, ensuring even coverage without over-applying.


4. Allow the product to bond with the paintwork for the recommended curing time.

Step 5: Buffing

After the recommended curing time, follow these steps to buff off any remaining residue:

1. Using a clean, high-quality microfiber towel, gently buff the surface to achieve a smooth and hydrophobic finish.


2. Buff in straight motions to ensure an even and streak-free result.

Step 6: Avoid Water Exposure

Avoid exposing the vehicle to rain or moisture for at least 12 hours after application to allow the coating to fully cure.
