Step 1: Surface Preparation

Before applying Gyeon Q2 CanCoat EVO, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants. Use Gyeon Q2M Prep or other suitable surface preparation products to ensure that the surface is ready for application.

Step 2: Shake the Bottle

Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the product is properly mixed.

Step 3: Application

Apply Gyeon Q2 CanCoat EVO in a well-ventilated area using the supplied microfiber applicator. Apply a small amount of product onto the applicator and spread the product evenly onto the surface using a criss-cross motion. Make sure to apply the product thinly and evenly to avoid streaking.

Step 4: Buffing

After 1-2 minutes of application, buff the surface with a Gyeon Q2M Bald Wipe or other suitable microfiber towel. Buff the surface until it is completely dry and free of any product residue. If necessary, use additional towels to ensure a streak-free finish.

Step 5: Curing Time

Allow Gyeon Q2 CanCoat EVO to cure for at least 4 hours in a dry and dust-free environment. Avoid exposing the surface to any moisture or rain during this time. After 4 hours, the coating will be fully cured and ready for use.

Step 6: Maintenance

To maintain the coating, use Gyeon Q2M Cure or other suitable maintenance products. These products will help to extend the life of the coating and keep the surface looking its best.
