Gyeon Q²M Compound is a cutting paste, delivering excellent performance and a high level of scratch removal combined with a very low level of dust with an incomparable finish. Correct technique combined with an eccentric polisher allows to use Q²M Compound as a one-step product!

Gyeon Q²M Compound is an aggressive yet safe cutting paste, offering the ability to easily remove 1500 sanding marks, scratches, marring, oxidation and still retain a high gloss finish on most paints. Q²M Compound is water-based, low-dusting, silicone-free, contains no fillers and is made from the highest quality Japanese abrasives.
This compound delivers excellent results on all paint types and in some instances can be used as a single-step polishes. Directions: Apply to a cutting pad on your dual action or rotary polisher, spread at low speed as per normal and use a medium-to-high speed for correction.
Use Gyeon Q²M Polish after to achieve maximum gloss, depth and clarity from paintwork is recommended. At 120 ml it is enough to complete 2-3 vehicles.
Step 1 - Apply the Compound
Apply a small amount of Gyeon Q2M Compound onto a foam applicator pad or cutting pad on your dual action/rotary polisher. Spread the compound onto the paintwork in a circular motion, working on a small section at a time.
Step 2 - Work the Compound
Using moderate pressure, work the compound into the paintwork using a dual-action polisher or by hand using a microfiber towel. Continue to work the compound until it starts to break down and becomes transparent.
Step 3 - Wipe off Residue
Using a clean microfiber towel, wipe off any residue left on the paintwork. Make sure that you wipe in a straight line and not in a circular motion to avoid introducing new swirl marks.
Step 4 - Inspect the Finish
Inspect the finish of the paintwork to see if any imperfections are still visible. If needed, repeat the process on the affected area.
Step 5 - Apply Protection
Once you have finished using Gyeon Q2M Compound, we recommend applying a protective coating to the paintwork, such as Gyeon Q2 CanCoat or Gyeon Q2 Mohs. This will help to protect the paintwork from future damage and maintain the high-gloss finish.
