For optimum results, we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation, such as the Makita PO5000C at the highest speed. Alternatively, you can use a rotary polisher in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Before use, ensure that the pads are completely moistened with the polish. Apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated with the machine switched off, and then polish crosswise with medium pressure. Continue until a transparent film appears, indicating that the aluminum oxide in the polish has completely broken down.

It is important to note that the pads used with this product should not be used for other products to avoid any cross-contamination. For non-scratch and groove-free removal of polish residues, we recommend using our non-chainstitched Profi microfiber cloth, which has been ultrasonically cut.

Step 1: Preparation

Before starting, gather the necessary equipment:

• Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 Silicone-Free Micro Polishing Compound


• Micro Cut Pad (recommended) or equivalent polishing pad


• Orbital polisher with forced rotation


• Non-chainstitched Profi microfiber cloth

Step 2: Pad Preparation

Moisten the micro cut pad with water or polish to ensure proper lubrication during the polishing process.

Step 3: Application

1. Ensure the machine is switched off.


2. Apply an even amount of the Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 Silicone-Free Micro Polishing Compound to the surface to be treated.


3. Spread the polish evenly over the surface.


4. Turn on the orbital polisher with forced rotation at a high speed.


5. Using little to pressure, polish the surface crosswise until a transparent film appears.


6. This indicates that the aluminum oxide in the polish has completely broken down.

Step 4: Polish Residue Removal

To remove polish residues without scratching or leaving grooves:

• Use the non-chainstitched Profi microfiber cloth.


• The cloth should be ultrasonically cut for optimal performance.


• Gently wipe away any remaining polish residues.

Note: It's recommended to use dedicated pads for this product and avoid using them with other products to maintain their effectiveness.
